Ten days before a trip is when I lock in anything beauty-related so I’m not scrambling the week of—or worse, dealing with chipped nails and uncooperative hair halfway through vacation.
Here’s my simple, low-stress timeline:
💅 Nails (Schedule Now)
I book a gel manicure and pedicure for a few days before departure—always neutral so it lasts the full trip and goes with every outfit.
💇♀️ Hair (10–7 Days Out)
This is the window for:
- Color refresh or gloss
- Trim or blowout
Early enough to look natural, not freshly done.
👁 Brows + Lashes (7–5 Days Out)
Anything like shaping, tinting, or lash fills happens here so it settles before travel but still looks fresh.
🧴 Skin Reset (All Week)
Nothing aggressive—just consistency:
- Hydration
- Gentle exfoliation
- Lots of SPF
No experimenting this close to a trip.
✨ Final Touches (2–3 Days Before)
- Nails appointment
- Self-tan if you do it
- Pack travel-size skincare + makeup
The Goal
Low-maintenance, polished, and effortless—so I can get ready quickly and still feel put together in every photo.
Less time getting ready, more time enjoying Spain.
